St Michael's is a glorious church on the cliff at Lyme Regis. We are proud to have the pioneering and famous fossil hunter, Mary Anning buried in our graveyard.
Our Sunday Worship is at 11am every week. St Michael’s offers a warm-hearted welcome, especially to holiday makers. Our church is open daily providing a sacred space to pray.
Visitors are drawn to the historic building, the fantastic Skrabl organ and regular concerts held throughout the year. We are the home of Lyme Bay Chorale, please see local publicity for the next concert.
On “Open Tuesdays”, churchgoers and friends get together to chat and perhaps play dominoes. The weekly bible study group nourishes us spiritually.
We are also so blessed to have a Church School in Lyme. Our foundation governors, team vicar and the school staff work closely together to grow faith.
